What a Fresnaye renovation usually needs

• A staged, room-by-room fit-out — many Fresnaye projects extend in phases, so we’re used to quoting a first tranche of windows with the rest planned to match later.
• Motorised exteriors on new glazing — where a renovation opens up a hillside-facing wall, motorised roller shutters or external venetians are worth planning into the build itself rather than retrofitting.
• View-preserving sun control — Fresnaye’s elevated position means long, uninterrupted sightlines down to the water; sunscreen fabrics at low openness keep that view while still cutting the glare.
• Salt-air rated hardware — still close enough to the water that we specify powder-coated aluminium as standard rather than upgrade.
